March Westin Sobers up Team Budweiser
March Westin swept the double header last evening against Team Budweiser by scores of 14-4 and 20-9.
March Westin was forced to play both games with only 9 DEDICATED people. Mark and Shawn patrolled the outfield and kept the run scoring at a minimum. Tom managed right field all night long, playing perfect defense on the one fly ball that was hit to him.
It is rumored that disciplinary action will be enforced against those who did not attend.
March Westin takes the field again on Monday, September 29th at 6 and 7 on Liberatore against John Howard.

1 commentMW has slight problem, K?
As evident by the recent posts you can see that we are way behind our game posts. It is just not as easy when we lose a few games to write about it. However, a deeper look into the very brief posts will reveal a much bigger problem. Do you see it? I’ll give you a few minutes to find it, K?
…..
Did you see it? More time?
K.
That’s right. The rapidly increasing number of strikeouts. What the heck is going on? Is the long season finally taking its toll and wearing down the athletes of March Westin? Let us hope not.
The post season is rapidly approaching and it appears that March Westin has at least secured a playoff birth. The seeding remains to be determined but a victory Wednesday night should do nothing but increase both the seeding and team morale for March Westin. A huge victory (26 runs) against #1 Touchdown hopefully allowed MW to find their swing and get back to their winning ways.
March Westin will take the field Wednesday, August 6th at 9 on Liberatore field. A victory would be an excellent way to go into the playoffs so let’s go out there and hit the ball! K?
